How many people does The Barn seat?

Our larger Main Barn provices seating for 150  people comfortably but can seat 250.  An additional 60 people can be seated in the second level mezzanine area if needed. Our smaller Garden Barn seats 120 with more seating on the upper level of approx 60 more.

Does the rental fee include tables & chairs?

Yes, it includes tables and chairs for 150 guests in the main barn and 120 in the garden barn, Vt. Tent is the rental co. for the rest of your rental needs and they have a CAD system to help with your layout if you need.

What is included in the kitchen area? 

The kitchen work area is a spacious tiled area with sinks and wash down facilities but includes no cooking or refrigeration equipment in the Main Barn. These items need to be supplied by your caterer or the VT Tent Company. The Garden Barn has Hind Quarter residing in that kitchen so there will be no kitchen access unless you use Hind Quarter Catering which is a highly recommended caterer that does amazing farm to table style rustic dishes.

Are there areas on-site to hold a wedding ceremony?

The Main Barn has a very beautiful  large stone patio surrounded by gardens, a large 24×14 half-round deck with mountain views and other green areas on the property. The fee for a ceremony is $500 additional which includes use of our very chic Bride and Groom Rooms in the mezzanine . The Garden Barn uses the grass area looking at the mountains. The Garden Barn is open year round but the Main Barn is open April-Oct.

Do you have a bar?

Yes we handle the bar in house, the fee for bar set up is $250 and $20/hr per bartender.

Is The Barn Heated?

The Garden Barn is heated and a year round facility, the Main Barn is open Apr-Oct and has no heat, we do rent a commercial heater for $250 if needed on shoulder season.

How long do we have the barn for?

The facility is yours for the whole day. Amplified music must conclude by 10:30pm and all guests must leave by 11pm.
